We have no control whatsoever on how your parcel is taken care of between our warehouse and your address of delivery. However, if this situation ever occurs, the first thing you might want to do is taking good quality pictures of the parcel(s) you received and get in touch with the people at UPS Canada (1-800-742-5877) or UPS USA (1-800-782-7892) or any other transport company's customer service.
